this is our mother and dad's wedding photo from 1945. they shared 56 years of married life until our dad passed away in 2001.
our dear mother joined her husband in heaven yesterday morning. after a long and painful struggle with alzheimer's disease, she is, at last, at rest.
she was the most beautiful and gracious of women, and we were blessed to call her 'mom'.
she will be missed every day and loved forever.
